About Me
Hi, I'm Sarah, a passionate yoga instructor based in Cuckfield West Sussex. My journey into yoga began in 2016 after having extensive treatment for breast cancer. The practice quickly became a source of healing and strength helping me to reconnect to and trust in my body again.
I am certified in Hatha and Vinyassa Flow Yoga, completing my 200 hour training at The Movement. I have also undertaken further training in Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra with Catherine Gallagher.
My teaching style is nurturing and inclusive, focusing on alignment and mindful breathing. I believe yoga is for everyone and in my classes you'll find a welcoming environment where you can explore your practice, whether you're a seasoned yogi or just beginning. It is my goal to help each student find their own path to well-being, whether through physical postures, breath work or meditation. Yoga has been a transformative force in my life and my mission is to create a welcome space where students can explore their practice, heal and grow.
