Hatha Yoga

Hatha yoga is a traditional and gentle style of yoga that focuses on physical postures (asanas) and breathing techniques (pranayama). It improves strength, flexibility and balance. Helps reduce stress, enhances concentration and promotes a sense of calm. It also encourages a deeper connection between the mind and body, fostering overall wellbeing.

Whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing for awhile, this class is suitable for all levels. Modifications and variations are offered to accomodate different abilities and needs.

Yoga for Runners

Runner's yoga to strengthen, stretch and restore. Designed specifically for runners, this yoga class focuses on building strength, increasing flexibility and promoting faster recovery. Whether you're training for a race or enjoy casual jogs, this class targets key muscle groups used in running - hips, hamstrings, calves, glutes and core - while helping to prevent injuries and improve posture and mobility.

Expect a balanced mix of dyanmic flows to build endurance, deep stretches to release tight muscles and breathing techniques to boost focus and relaxation.

All levels welcome - no prior yoga experience required. Come ready to lengthen, loosen and leave feeling lighter on your feet.
